Terms & Conditions:

Prepay & Save is non-refundable, changes are permitted up to 3 days prior to stay, prepay in full, non-refundable if cancelled more than 1 day after booking, see Rate Details:

• Prepay rates will be charged the full cost of the reservation within 24 hours of making the reservation.
• If payment is unsuccessful within 48 hours of making the reservation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
• Date changes to the reservation are allowed through 11:59PM local hotel time, 3 days before arrival. Date changes may result in a change to the overall cost of the reservation.
• A change resulting in a lower cost will forfeit the difference from original prepayment.
• A change resulting in a higher cost will receive an additional prepayment charge for the difference from original prepayment amount.
• Date changes after 3 days before arrival are not allowed.
• Cancellation will result in forfeiture of the prepayment.
• The credit card used at the time of making the reservation must be valid for the entire stay.

Guarantee Policy:
All reservations require credit card at the time of booking. All credit/debit cards will be charged the full room/taxes/fees within 24 hours of time of booking. Pre-Pay reservations are non-refundable once charged. A $50 security deposit will be collected upon arrival. Any guest that lives within a 50-mile radius of the hotel will be subject to a refundable $200 deposit in addition to the room rate and other applicable fees.

Cancellation Policy:

Prepay reservations may be cancelled within 24 hours of time of booking. After this time, please note that your prepayment for this special rate is non-refundable. Modifications may be made up until 3 days prior to arrival. Any change in the length or dates of a reservation may result in a rate change.
